FIRST ORTHODONTIST APPOINTMENT TOMORROW?

Usually on the first appointment all they do is look at your teeth and take x-rays. They might take an impression of your teeth (beware you might choke so lift one leg up, it helps). It took my two years for them to get my braces on because of my mouth being too small, my gums being too thin and other things like that. Depending on if they think your mouth is too small they might install an appliance but that won't be until later on. The braces don't 'hurt' but they have you really sore and if only three teeth are irregular, they will still have to give you a full set of braces so all your teeth will match up with each other.
