How mean were the comments? She probably was a lot angrier than she sounded, because she thought it was anonymous. Was it petty comments, like "b*tch" or "slut"? If so, that's the kind of thing that blows over. If they were serious and well-thought out, not just petty blowing-off-steam, then maybe you should reconsider the friendship.
