I Have noticed My and are sore?

Well I Just turned 16, my s are soooo tiny And im wondering why they are so sore :O the moms said hormones,period and they are probly growing..IM HOPING ITS CAUSE THEY ARE GROWING :DDD lmao...Is this tru? If so, what can I Do to help the pain :( Thanks XD and also..is it normal for a 16 yr old to have tiny :O like all my other 16 yr old freinds got their when they were like 14 :| lols :O
