For DNA it's A T G and C, for RNA it's the same but T is replaced with U. The letters stand for the nucleotides Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine, and Guanine (U stands for Uracil because in RNA thymine is replaced with uracil.) For DNA replication, A goes to T, T goes to A, C goes to G, and G goes to C. For RNA T still goes to A, but A goes to U (because there is no T in RNA)
