IRAQ WAR by the 1990-91 US-Iraq Negotiator?

Both Bush 1 & 2 are Texas oil men. Instabilty in the mid-east translates to hugh profets to anyone who holds oil reserves that are not in the middle-east. Neither Bushis very interested in actually bringing peace to the middle east.
