Congress wasn't "controlled" by Democrats in 2007-09 - what a CROCK!!!?

You left out the fact that Republicans consistently threatened filibusters every time the Democrats wanted to p something themselves. Not only did the Democrats manage to accomplish little to nothing with their majority control, but they were always slammed down every time they tried to by the Republicans.
