Do you think President Obama's efforts to get the Senate climate and energy bill ped will be successful?

You talk and act like a typical politician not, a well informed logical thinking person. This country has a wealth of oil, gas and coal resources that can be and have been produced safely and economically in this country for decades. Carbon Taxes, sound all nice and fuzzy to people like Al Gore, that phony bologna, plastic banana, good time rock & roll carbon credit fraud, but the truth is, if this country was not held hostage to a bunch of commie economists, we would be drilling in Anwar, Colorado and all the other safe places here on land , not to mention just off shore, instead of having to go 5 or 10 miles out to sea and 5280 ft down in the worst possible conditions to get that which this country needs to thrive. Oil is fuel that powers the engine, of the greatest capitalistic economic system this world has ever know. To move from that now without a viable alternative, would not only be foolish but dangerous. We haven't built a nuclear power plant in this country for the same reason we can't drill in Alaska, Liberal extremism! You can thank all the Liberals for the disaster in the Gulf and if we don't wake up and start reclaiming our sensibilities, we will be a third world nation just like Some would like us to be! I pray to GOD that the efforts to p climate legislation is defeated. If not, this Country will surly be defeated! "Climate Change" is the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people and will do nothing to change anything except the freedom granted us by the constitution. A people bound by onerous tax and spend policy are SLAVES to the very government ted with the duty of protecting the citizens of these United States!
