Industrial Piercing?

Hey My fiance got an industrial pierced and the after car sheet says not to turn it. but when i got my cartilage pierced they said to twist it everyday whenever i put the solution on it. so since it is in the cartilage i thought u would do the same. but since the sheet said not to we havent done but i thought id ask to ppl who have one.. we have been doing the salt soaks do u gotta move it or leave it alone? any info will hlp thanks.
