One of you needs to make some sort of move. Things dont just happen and magically your together forever, married, have kids, ect.. You were given the person in your life that you have the connection with so now you need to take the next step because one day hes going to find someone that does make the move and take it to the next step. Ask him out and keep going out with him and keep progressing your relationship.
