Could i be pregnant with an IUD?

Hi i have had an iud for over 3 years now and never had a period.all of the sudden now im felling sick all the time for no reason.and i started bleeding lightly for 2 days and then stopped whats wrong with me.i took a pregnancy test 3 weeks ago and it was neg. could it be wrong and should i take another one?
