I have a presentation due in eng 104...so nervous help?

I have this speech in like 8 hrs at 8:00 am and i know my topic pretty well just havent written my speech, im so nervous about doing it that im considering just losing the points. Im sitting here thinking about it and i feel nauseous and very sick:( to make matters worse i had been thinking my presentation was on the 8th and i dont have the extra time to plan it out, im just soooo nervous. I usually dont feel this nervous in anticipation of a speech/presentation. Please help me....
